At that time I was still 9mths away from being diagnosed.
I was trying to force myself to do something fun, but it wasn't
because I was in my normal exhausted condition. We spent one night
and had to pack it up the next morning, because I could hardly function.
My wife drove home.
Fast forward, 1yr9mths. Same place.
....except, I brought a tried and trusted friend this time.

It was much different. I was tired from my work day, but I wasn't exhausted.
It was interesting to adapt hose management while in a sleeping bag....but,
I figured it out and was very comfortable. I slept ok the first night.
The second night it was raining. As I settled in for the night, I had this amazing
feeling of self-reliance and security. We were warm and dry,
listening to the rain on the tent,
listening to rhythmic security of Grace, keeping me safe through the night.
I slept well and woke up refreshed.

This setup worked very well. Very easy to setup and manipulate.

Cpap doesn't need to limit us in what we do and how we live.
Here is what I was rewarded with:
This was the view from our camp in Rocky Mountain National Park.
This is the southern end of the Mummy Range.
