I accidently fall asleep or nap done that more than once

I just quit using the stupid cpap. I sleep better without.

What I'm doing is got rid of the soda,the boyfriend, white bread, junk food. I'm walking twice a day, using my wii or my "biggest loser" dvd's

The only thing I can tell ya give it some time. Because I dream alot. The last dream I had was about toilet paper!

I've only had one sleep study in the year I've been on cpap

I think I started with sleep apenea years ago. With no money, no insurance=no doctor. I finally got my V.A. benefits went to the doctor, she ordered the sleep study.

I sleep better and longer before cpap than I do now. Only minor difference. I'm still waiting for that energy to come my way.

If I had a 2nd sleep study I wish it would say that I wouldn't need cpap

Well, so far I haven't had any bad dreams or yelling. I do take 3 3mg a nite.

I have been on cpap for a year now and I found no difference

Also, try to control your stress level. I had alot of stress the last few months and gained back 12 lbs.
