I prefer a full face mask . I think it puts more air in around nose without so much irritation and just use it all the time. I have had no sinus infections like in the past. I will get a small cold occasionally and it will be over very fast.

get a heated hose
use a prescription nose spray every night
turn humidifier down somewhat
