Re: Can you use APAP nighlty or is it a temporary thing?
Been using my APAP nightly for years--I'll never go back! Pressure needs change throughout the night, night to night, month to month . . . Can't remember where I found this, but I think it makes a good case for using APAP-- What is an Auto-Adjusting CPAP? Auto Adjusting CPAP machines, also known as...

Yep, I'm staying with the the old fashioned water tank as well! That device sounds like a noise nightmare!

Re: Transcend Waterless Humidification, anyone try it?
Look like it works only with the Transcend II Travel CPAP Machine--don't use that machine, so of course haven't tried the product. I'm intrigued, though, about how it can produce humidified air with no water.

A bit pricey, but I love this one--I think the capability to record the readings throughout the night is an imperative for CPAPer's.

Re: Time Sure Flies By !!!
Yes, it does! After reading your post, I checked my APAP invoice--purchased it from cpap.com October 15, 2007, so it is almost 5 1/2 years old, and still going strong! I wonder what the average life span of these machines is.
