comfortgel nasal noise level

I was given a comfortgel nasal mask. I changed the gel and flap. The mask is very comfortable but it seems louder then the optilife. I have read several places that this mask is suppose to very quite. I'm not seeing any cracks and the mask vents at the elbow. Am I missing anything or was I just expecting too much?

Product Challenge #12 will give you some feedback on the ComfortGel.

I have not used it but I am familiar with the ResMed SoftGel which was compared to and it is definitely very, very quiet.
If the ComfortGel is similar to the other Comfort masks... IMHO, then it is not particularly quiet and for me has very poor air discharge directions.
