Re: Reading PR system One REMstar SD card
I am using a resolution of 2560 X 1600 on a 30 inch monitor - I have 2 other 24inch monitors, but they have nothing opened in them. All they display is the desktop background. I'd try dropping down to just one monitor temporarily if it's still not working for you. If that solves it, at least you'd ...

Re: Talk with my DME about Encore Pro 2.0
There wouldn't need to be two versions of EncoreAnywhere, just different account types. They almost certainly have several different account types already, to support differences between what a provider can view/modify vs what a clinician can view/modify. As an example, this site is running one vers...

Re: Reading PR system One REMstar SD card
Mind if i inquire about the screen resolution you're using? I noticed that the splash screen rendered awkwardly, and that portions of the login prompt were off-screen at the original resolution I had selected (for a virtual machine). Only some elements resized properly when i increased the resolutio...

Re: Speculation: EncoreAnywhere a patient-accessibility solution
I can see where something like this could possibly work. Take your card out of your machine put it in your reader and send the data off, then put your card back in your machine. Wait we already have had that capability years ago it was when they put modems on the back of our cpaps. They stopped doi...

Re: Talk with my DME about Encore Pro 2.0
Not likely as they need a separate provider solution with adjustable Rx and patient data base like Pro does now so a single solution is not likely an alternative. I'm truly sorry to refute your assertion here, as I'm so appreciative of your other posts! But I had assumed that EncoreAnywhere would h...

Re: Reading PR system One REMstar SD card
"password2" may be invoking a different password restriction feature, which is that it might be too close to the password it's replacing.

Re: Reading PR system One REMstar SD card
Try to note the specific password reset errors that may appear in small red text in an annoyingly thin font (if i recall correctly) for such critical feedback. There are password length restrictions, as well as a requirement for at least one digit.

Re: Quattro Mask Seal Issues
I have also had good success with a standard-size contoured memory foam pillow. It's just the right size that when centered on my back I can roll to either side and be close enough to the edge to not disturb my mask, sometimes requiring a very minor head position shift, but not always. That's worked...

Re: Speculation: EncoreAnywhere a patient-accessibility solution
Speculation is futile for all but an Arbitrageur. heh, I'm not an investor - just was stressing (irrationally) about my AHI trend and some recent large leak time reported on the LCD. So frustrating to see problems, know there are tools to investigate/analyze with, but not have those tools. I focuse...

Re: Talk with my DME about Encore Pro 2.0
I requested a printout of recent data from my DME at one point. I brought in my SD card and they proceeded to do [what they referred to as] a "download" of my data. I noticed from the printouts that they were using EncoreAnywhere, not EncorePro 2.x. Seemed quick enough that I don't think they had an...

Re: Speculation: EncoreAnywhere a patient-accessibility solution
How about the patient perspective. As a patient, it creeps me out that I need to submit all data collected by the machine, anytime I want to have the possibility of viewing the therapy data personally. In a perfect world, I'd be able to separate the compliance data from efficacy data and submit comp...

Re: Speculation: EncoreAnywhere a patient-accessibility solution
Costs and focus. It's likely the case that EncoreViewer was based on EncorePro, and didn't represent much of an incremental development cost to produce. But when it comes to software, the maintenance and ongoing support costs can't be underestimated. A single unified product is often seen as a way t...

Speculation: EncoreAnywhere a patient-accessibility solution
This got long. Really long. Sorry. Legacy situation (M-Series): Respironics EncorePro and EncoreViewer have been the data accessibility products for the M-Series, with the Pro product aimed at providers and the Viewer product aimed at patients. EncoreAnywhere launched more recently, has support for ...

Re: Humidifier Water Poll
Right! No matter what water goes in the tank, you are breathing "distilled water". That's WHY the tank gets cruddy...it all stays behind! Why is this such a hard concept for some people to grasp? Some folks might have a hard time with this due to non-specific use of the general term 'humidifier', w...

Re: Understanding the DME - Insurance, Out of Pocket Costs, Etc
My very recent activity with that same insurance provider may be relevant to your concerns. Keep in mind we may not have the same plan. We almost certainly don't actually, because I too have met my deductible for current year, and they are paying all in-network claims at 90% since then (vs the 80/20...
