Hi Barnaby!
If they still seal well, feel fine, and you feel fine, they're still good for you.
If your insurance pays for replacements every so often, heck, go ahead and get more even if you don't really need them right at the moment. Keep building up a stash of newer ones for future emergencies or replacement.
If you're paying for them yourself, keep on taking as good a care of them as you've been doing. To me "good care" means as little cleaning/handling as possible, and keeping them away from sunlight.

yes rested....they are from ins or medicare...and two pillows came in the mail from the dme with a new hose and a couple filters.....they send them when i ask about every 3 mths. I am still experimenting with the dry mouth and throat in the morning when I awaken. from Barnaby
