1. Turn on the machine
2. Turn off the machine
3. Hold down the down arrow down and the ramp button and press the power button.
4. Scroll through the menu using the Select button and use the up and down arrows to change the values.
5. Turn the machine off when done setting.
Thank you so much for this! Just saved me lord knows how much going to the Sleep Center and having them set it back up!

I have an extreme case of obstructive apnea and have been changing settings for years. I live by my machine, yet can't take it everywhere I go. So I rely on older usable machines when I'm in another location. When you change doctors, suppliers, insurance programs, you lose the ability to have additional machinery programmed through a provider, thus making the machine useless when you have new settings. What a scam and misnomer to tell me I can't adjust an older machine to new settings. Somebody needs a brain transplant. As for me, I need my machines (plural) all on the same page.

well, then, why don't you mosey on over to http://apneaboard.com/adjust-cpap-press ... tup-manual and download, or request as appropriate, the clinical setup manuals for all your old machines, and set them however you want them set.

transplant your brain to a new understanding.

This method works great. And YES.. you can change based on your new evaluation. I lost 50 lbs and needed a lower pressure. My ENT doc didn't know how to program pressure on his device, and wasn't about to figure out.... SO... aha... did it myself. THANKS.
Device is Devilbis Intellipap DV54

There are many reasons why the originally prescribed pressure setting may need to change:

1)Weight gain
2) Weight loss
3) Change in altitude of primary residence/while traveling

I need an increase in pressure but do not want a full sleep study - visiting my local doctor to see what he will agreee to do - if not responsive may reset myself.
