I do use the Breeze / LT conversion with the large dilators (yellow) I find the extra length on the pillow works better. I also use the side pads on the LT headgear. I bought both from CPAP.com and they were not expensive. I found that if you pullup a little on the LT medium pillow, then slice through the neck with a razor blade just below the transition line it gives you the correct aperture to insert the breeze pillow. If you don,t do this then it can be a real bear trying to widen the hole you made!
The breeze pillow can then be rotated to the best position to fit your nares.
Best of luck!

Question for those that use a Pillow mask, how often do you need to replace the 'pillows'?

Depends on the pillow; I used the Swift LT and had to replace it every 1-2 months. The AEIOMed Headrest seems to last longer; my first one lasted 4 months before I felt I needed I had to replace it (others have reported it lasting much longer).megawill wrote:Question for those that use a Pillow mask, how often do you need to replace the 'pillows'?

Started out with the Swift LT, with which I got great results.
Now using the Swift FX, with which I get even better results, AND it's much more comfortable and out of the way.
YMMV.

Re: What is your favorite nasal PILLOW mask?
I use the old fashioned Adams Circuit. It may be the cheapest mask out there for those without insurance and it fits great and keeps leaks to a minimum. The Adam uses breeze nasal pillows and is great for side sleepers. The mask is so compact, I bought a spare to keep in my suitcase for travel. This mask is not as popular as the newer pillow masks out there but I know there are a lot of us out there that still use it.
SWIFT problem
What is the "SWIFT" problem mentioned in this thread ?
