RX HELP

Post by kquilts » Sun Sep 11, 2005 7:37 pm

Wow!!
I really appreciate the feedback. I forgot how to stop negative stinkin-thinkin and open up to others for a good dose of healthy, straight forward, get real advise. I'll be the first in my group of friends to "get breathing". I've been stuck emotionally day to day since my consultation. I feel like I've been given a new coat of armor to go forward with a positive outlook.
Many thanks..

There ya go!

Maybe you can encourage others in your group to take the first step toward better health and a better life with a little old sleep study. They won't be as lost as you were since they'll have you as a friend to help them understand what it's all about.

I think of using cpap the same way I think of wearing glasses. Yeah, it's harder to get comfortable with cpap, and it's for a much more serious "correction" than just to read the numbers in a phone book or on a menu...heheh.

But that's what it is...simply a nightly correction for a collapsible throat. A glorified leaf blower.
