For some reason it won't even get to that part where you put in a password. From what icon do you run the launcher. I am running it from encore pro launcher and it seems like it does not pick up the server install part. If you could possibly send me a private message with instuctions maybe I could f...

I did all the steps but it says that it can not connect to specified data base and the server says my name followed by sqlexpress and it won't connect to it. The install runs funny...it does not start up the database like it should. It seems like it only installs part of it.

I get all the steps done you have listed but when I run installation it only wants to install encore pro and not the data base server. I installed the sql server seperate and then it won't connect to the database. Any ideas.

According to support at respironics the encore pro 1.8 (or any other encore pro) and encore viewer do not work with vista 64 bit. So far the rep from respironics wrote me and said that they do not have software at this time that works on a 64bit os. Sorry!

Ok, How to you get it to work...respironics company says encore pro and encore viewer are not compatable with Vista 64bit. They said they do not have a program that works with a 64bit format.

This might sound crazy but I have to wash my face and actually put on a lotion...I use a product called infinite aloe, then I let it dry for about 10 min then put on my clean mask. If I just wash my face and no lotion it leaks all over the place. I know it is totally agaist what everyone else says Jen

Have you tried the ultra mirage ffm yet? It is the only mask I can use. I tried the quattro without luck. The comfort gel full did not work either...felt like an octopus on your face. Try the ultra mirage if you get a chance.

Encore pro does not work with vista home premium if it is 64bit. It will work with the 32bit.
