thank you for telling me it was not in my head or I must be eating too much or any of the other swell ideas my doc had.... But a question about the otc gas pills, i read somewhere on this thread that you should take the meds at night before bed, is that correct? will that help the morning bloat? also when you say it will pass with time why? do we stop swallowing the air at night? I guess I don't understand, I have a hard time believing that swallowing all that air every night could possible be good for us.

Yes, take them before bed and it will keep the gas down. Your body adjusts is the only real answer I can give, it just does.

OK what am I doing wrong? Outside of a slightly puffy face, I'm not exp bloating....hmmm maybe I should give my autopap some steroids. LOL T

No, my feet didn't hurt, but I couldn't get my shoes on for about two months...felt like I was walking on pillows! I hope your swelling isn't related to your blood clot problem, though. My ankles are still larger than normal and I have been on my machine for almost four months so I'm hoping by month six all will be normal.
