vents on the profile light nasal mask

My pressure is 10. Do i need to leave all the vents on the mask open....i feel that if i do that then all my pressure will just be vented out instead of pushing my airway open.

Any thoughts?

Leave all the normal exhaust vents open. Masks and machines are designed to let you get your prescribed pressure even with the exhaust vents whisking away most of your exhaled breath.

If a mask has an oxygen port, though, the O2 port should have a cap on it -- kept covered as it is with the white tab at the bottom of mask in this picture:
