vents on the profile light nasal mask

My pressure is 10. Do i need to leave all the vents on the mask open....i feel that if i do that then all my pressure will just be vented out instead of pushing my airway open.

Any thoughts?

I will be spending Christmas in Loveland CO. Do I need to raise or lower my pressure to adjust for elevation?

I cant explain it but when I sleep without CPAP I do feel better for a bit when I get up. But I can tell you from experience that it is short lived. Im still waiting ( 7 months) now to feel better from the cpap but I'm determined to stick with it.

Keep using it.

i had this problem to start but i eventually stoped. I acutally ( my husband thought i was crazy) would talk to my self in the mirror with my mask on before going to bed and I would tell myself out loud to keep the mask on.
