I didn't have much of an emotional reaction to it. Working in a medical facility and knowing the symptoms, it was confirmation of what I already knew. What was frustrating was that it took such a long time get through the process.

The first night, I had it set to 20 minutes. Second night was 10, the third night and ever since, it's a 5 minute ramp. Feels comfortable to me.

I have a roll of 3M Transpore tape and tried that last night instead of the blue painters tape. I have to say, it work so much better for me. It sealed better, was more comfortable, and gave me immediate feedback the one time when my tongue fell back. That might be a good option for you.

A bit of an update. I had a better night with the Swift LT. I set it to be tighter than I have in the past and used the Lanolin.
