I second Julie's suggestion. If that doesn't help, you can try wearing a pocket t-shirt to bed, turning it backward and putting something like a tennis ball in the pocket. On Amazon, you can also see similar things if you search using "side sleep trainer."

You can also put a pocket t-shirt on backwards with a tennis ball in the pocket.

But why do you want to have your test while you sleep in a position that doesn't come naturally to you?
