Is elevating the head with an adjustable bed helpful for OSA?

I am looking to purchase a new CPAP machine (not Respironics) rather than wait for Respironics to replace my current Dream Station. I wear a Full Face mask.

What limitations? I have use the machine daily for approximately 200 days. That’s not enough of a trial? I started a minimum of 12 with a maximum of 20 and it made no difference. I'm 62 and have had a lot of night sweats as well, but they seem to be improving on CPAP. Was almost every night and is now only about once every two weeks.

Thanks for the suggestion I am going to try it. I don’t think simple increases in minimum and maximum pressure are going to do the job. I’ve already tried that and my numbers actually went up.
