Hi,
While I'm finding the Activa to be very comfortable, the hose is giving me a bit of a problem. I find that unless the hose hangs srtaight down, the side leverage of the hose pulls the mask away from the opposite side of my face. Also, if the hose goes sideways, there is the chance that the air exhaust will be annoying for my wife!
is this an issue for anyone else, and if so, how have you solved it?
Thanks,
Rob
Activa swivel hose question
What to do with the hose ?
The hose is absolutely no problem for me. I run the hose back over my head (just slightly to the side). I attached it to my headboard (tied with a large rubber band) This setup probably works best for me because I sleep on my back. Therefore, as I lay in bed , the hose hangs just off to the side of my left ear. It has just enough slack so I can at least raise my head (a little) so I don't hang myself if I need to get up.
Good luck

I've bought a package of little velcro straps and sometimes attach the hose to the side of my headgear. This prevents the side pulling of the mask you have encountered.
My wife has never been bothered by the exhaust ports on my masks. At least if she is it must be not as much as she was bothered by my snoring before the cpap.
Hooking your hose to the headboard is also a great idea. I used to occationally pull all my equipment of the nightstand until I hooked my hose to the wall.
