Lanndi, you were well shed of Wright & Filippis. They were my first local DME supplier. "We" didn't last long together as a twosome. I have nothing good to say about them. Aside from I did get a Resmed S8 Elite w/EPR from them - but that is because my sleep lab made it clear that I wasn't about to accept anything less. I had to have an appointment for everything. They didn't keep mask parts on hand, their RRT was either less than truthful or dumber than a rock, just used the Quick Setup Guide, never bothered to read the Clinicians Manuel, even to answer a question, didn't know how to do a decent mask fitting, etc.

Sheldon Medical Supply was the 2nd local DME contracted w/my secondary insurance (my primary is Medicare) and Sheldon has been good to me. They've supplied me w/a Resmed VPAP Auto when my sleep doctor switched me to a bi-level. Some things they deliver to me. Some things they mail to me. And since they aren't far from me I'm free to stop in to the shop and pick up any supplies I need and am due for should I choose to do so.

I don't know anything about this machine, I see on cpap.com it is listed as a travel machine.
Just for clarification... several manufacturers tout their machines as "travel" machines, meaning smaller and more lightweight than previous models. A machine described as a "travel" machine can be just as effective, sturdy, reliable, durable, etc., for every night use at home too. I think the manufacturers are just trying to emphasize the smallness of their machines when they call them a "travel machine." They don't mean that occasional travel use is all they're meant for.

I'll second Rested Gal's comments, as I have an IntelliPAP autoadjust machine and have used it for 40+ days now. It is a state-of-the-art machine that will IMHO serve anyone well who doesn't need the EPR feature. It is also very quiet, has an internal power supply, and the humidifier fits inside the machine.
