Looks fine if you sleep in the exact same position all night, but, if you change positions you may be in trouble. The hose looks to be strapped in place.

The shape of the pillow itself looks ok. Very similar to the PAPillow I use.
As for the straps to hold the hose to the pillow -- I agree with LSAT. Doesn't look like it would be very practical for someone who wants to turn
all the way over to the other side.
I think people on this forum have come up with better hose management ideas.

I have no trouble with my hose at all. I use a plant stake, the kind you put in the ground. I fastened it to the bed post and then hang the hose on it. It has a nice little curve to hang it onto. The stake is a little bit too high so I use a small bugee cord on the hose and hook that on the plant stake and then thread the hose through it. Works great for me. No more problems with rainout either. Huggies, Fay
