How severe is your apnea? If it's not severe, my uneducated guess is that, while you may have problems sleeping and snoring, it's not a huge health crisis. Many people live for years and years with UNdiagnosed sleep apnea (okay folks, don't attack me on this, I'm just trying to say that it isn't a good thing to go three nights untreated, but it is more than likely survivable in most cases).

Or you could find a DME and see if you can purchase a power cord, if that will put your mind at ease, and it would make you sleep more comfortably and safely.

I remember reading here some time ago, that a quick fix to the problem is a computer power cord.............would try that.

If you are in an urban area, you may want to check Craigslist to see if anyone nearby is selling a (cheap) Remstar. Might get you through the days and then you will have a backup.

But relax and don't panic.

Best of luck

What type of machine?

Could you find a medical supplier who might sell you a replacement or lend you one? I'm not so sure they will, though, but its worth a shot.
