I am sorry I took your effort to help as argumentative, when you did not mean it that way. I thought that you were belaboring points that I was already well aware of. I guess I didn't make it clear what I was aware of, and just assumed you would know that from what I posted. I'm sorry. I will be much more patient next time, if you ever choose to respond to one of my posts again, or with anyone who responds to my posts in the future. I have learned a valuable lesson.

Thank you for the information, and the "what would I do" scenarios. I will be reading it over and considering it, along with all of the other information from everyone who has posted, in making my decision when/who to talk to about my lack of restfulness.
