That often happens to me also.
What usually works for me, is to close the browser and open a new one. Then log on again.

MY PB420E lets me set a 5 min. long ramp - and I use it to indicate those times whem I'm really awake, and annoyed - or awake and wondering what woke me. I punch the ramp button, and in the morning use the details screen to see what happened around that ramp mark. Great idea ozij. I might try that....

Thanks for taking the lead & trying to get to the bottom of the issue & trying to find a solution. I'm just starting out with cpap but I'll be pretty iritated if I start missing data.
