How often do you change the nasal pillow on a optilife

The one I used did not seem to need to be changed after a couple of months. The insurance and Medicare allow a new set of pillows monthly. If you are concerned, order another set and you can see if you can tell any difference after a month or so. Moisture and many other factors seems to affect the seal in addition to the pillow softening.
