Anyone have any words of wisdom to share?
Per advice I have been slowly knocking up the EPAP. Some nights the EPAP is a straight line, it doesn't have to go up at all! My leaks last night were definately more all over the board than normal.
Also, any ideas where all the FLs are coming from?
Thanks!
Grace

Not your stereotypical xpap user! 5 feet tall, healthy weight, female, and 23. I've had OSA undiagnosed at least since high school.
In addition to OSA, I also order up random food I don't like while I'm asleep.

Re: My latest data
Don't know how wise these comments are, but here goes;
Yep, the leaks look a bit high. Looks like you need to raise the IPAP a bit. The IPAP keeps hitting the max IPAP possibly not going high enough to treat the events.

I also think you need to give your machine some more room on the IPAP pressure to help control the hypopneas. I would raise IPAP to 15 or even better 17 and see what happens.
