Resscan 3.7

Just got the new Resscan 3.7, Vista compatible.

It has an export to Excel function. - Only exports the summary data though.

Okay you guys (and gals?) in the USA who have purchased earlier versions of ResScan and then contacted Resmed about having bought Vista incompatible versions and Resmed has sent you the Vista compatible (ResScan 3.5) version - did you contact Resmed.au or Resmed.us and did you contact them via e-mail or via phone?. I WANT THAT EXPORT CAPABILITY TO EXCEL of this version 3.7!!!!!!

i saw one website in the u.s. that had the software (i think 3.5) but they made me a bit nervous for some reason - i ended up ordering the software (and USB adapter - not card reader) from australia - waiting for it to arrive. what's interesting is that even with shipping and currency conversion, it was about 2/3 the price of getting it here (though i couldn't get the reader here, nor 3.7) - still waiting for it to come - with shipping from au should only take about 3 years...can't wait for resscan 9.0!

I've been wondering about this. I want to buy software, but haven't been able to find anything that will be compatible. I guess I'm looking at US sites.

Where did you purchase your software from?

That was how I found out it was available and I contacted Resmed for an upgrade.

Apart from exporting to Excel, the only other change I can see is in the autostart function, it remembers if you want to download all data now instead of defaulting to summary.

I am trying to get a what's new sheet to cover the changes from 3.3 to 3.7 from ResMed.

I spoke to Resmed Tech Support today and they advised uninstalling any earlier version of ResScan before installing ResScan 3.7.

The uninstall process does not remove any existing ResScan data files, only the executable program files.

Interesting - they never told me that and it installed over the top just fine. Working perfectly so far as I can tell.
