on a cleaning rampage, apparently 11 is a good pressure!

Post by 2girlsmom » Mon Oct 20, 2008 4:13 pm

LOL! I have totally reorganized my girls' room and their toys. I am working on getting my living room to the point so when hubby gets home we can rearrange furniture. I have done my 5yo's homeschool, cleaned my kitchen, stripped the beds, washed and dried the sheets.... I tell you this is soooo not me!!! Who is this woman and what did she do with the tired, haggard one????

I have soooo much energy, and no it is not the Pepsi talking. I would drink this much and more and still feel tired. Today I am zippy!!! I was retitrated to a 14 to stop my snoring and well, I woke constantly at 14 and AHI was 5-7 nightly so I finally got fed up and since the doc has my download from being at 14 I decided to play on my own up until I see her on 11/4. I was at a 10 so I decided to start at 11 and just track data for a week and then reassess, my card reader and software should be here this week so I'll be able to really look at things.

Congratulations, I think that is the goal of CPAP!

Enjoy it while it lasts!!! I've had some great days like that, too. I can't seem to make them hit me CONSISTENTLY yet.

I might try turning off Cflex. DreamDiver has intrigued me with his tale of low AHI....

LOL,
Babs

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula. :)

You know what, I did have my EPR off last night. Hmm... I was using it on 3 when at 14 and when I changed everything last night I disabled it except for ramp. DreamDiver may have something there.

Of course my chirpractor is not going to like it when I come in a mess from moving furniture

oh my, I got a good laugh out of that!!!

At my very first titration the tech told me some people felt really good after it and some didn't, she didn't want me to get discouraged if I didn't feel better immediately. She woke me up and asked me how I felt and I said "Awake!!" She said when she had her first titration she went home and totally cleaned her house. She said "I even cleaned the OVEN!"
