I have written to Resmed three times questions about their Activa and I never receive an answer. A shame for such a popular interface manufacturer. Has anybody written them and actually recieved an answer? If so what address?

See if you can get a phone number for your DME's resmed rep. That's your best bet to get any kind of answers.

The "sales" types are more responsive to actual users than the company PR staff.

On the talkaboutsleep forum they held a question and answer session on the new swift. Then the transcript was then posted. I heard from some people that some of the "difficult" questions were omited and not answered. Answering them truthfully would have been bad PR I guess.
