5 months on BiPap Today

Post by Zoot » Sat Mar 14, 2009 7:13 pm

I thrived for 3 months. My daytime sleepiness was gone. I plateaued and started to slip in my therapy. My Sleep Doc was so completely supportive of this site.

I bought a chinstrap and my therapy excelled. Read these posts and NEVER think they can't be helpful.

I have lost 31 lbs because I now have the energy to go to the gym.

I now know I was obese because of my apnea. I was not apneaic because I was Obese.

I miss snoredogg and his posts should be read. I feel for his kids and never want to put mine through that pain.

Remember those new to CPAP/BiPap/APap, the snail finally reached the Arc. Patience and Perseverance.

Good Night Hoseheads!
