worsening rainout
worsening rainout
I had achieved low-to-no rainout at humidity level 4 but felt like I needed a little more humidity, so I upped it from 4 to 5. That caused some rainout. Next night I upped the hose temp. from 74 to 76. Still rainout. Next night I upped the hose temp to 78. Rainout even worse. Pool of water in my pillow. Could it be the hose is not heating? It's a nearly brand new machine. How could I figure out if the heated hose is not working? Is there something else that could cause sudden, dramatic rainout? The condition in the room has not changed. The air temp starts at 70 degrees and falls slowly in the night to about 68. (I cannot change this.)
currently trying airfit N30 (not i)
Re: worsening rainout
Hose temperature needs to be 80+.
