Puzzles to test effect of apnea etc

I'm collecting up puzzles and things that I can do regularly, with the view to tracking any improvement in my memory and concentration over time as I use cpap. This one is a candidate.

Anyone got some really good ones that will continue to show improvement (in theory) even after prolonged use?

Someone gave me a good link here before actually which i did not have time to investigate - I better go check that.
