Well, here goes my 1st post:
I just got my results back from my two sleep studies. Anyone wanna give me some opinions/feedback concerning this?
1st Study (No Cpap Therapy)
64 Obstructive Events, 247 Hypopneas
RDI/hour: REM 80.4, Non-REM 47.0, Total Sleep Time 51.3
Apnea Index: 10.7
2nd Study (Cpap Therapy)
0 Obstructive Events, 44 Hypopneas
RDI/hour: REM 12.4, Non-REM 5.0, Total Sleep Time 6.0
Apnea Index: 0
Just me, or am I SOOOO much better off with the CPAP?
Also, in the "thoughts" from the doctor it states "Ferritin level with follow up medical treatment for PLM's if Ferritin level is normal". This was in the recommendations after my 1st study (no cpap therapy).
Well have it and tell me what you think. I'm trying to get a CPAP, but I"m a broke, poor, tired, exhausted college student. Anyone wanna donate?
