I tried several tapes. The MedVance Silicon Tape is by far the most comfortable. No irritation when I take it off in the morning.

I bought a roll from Amazon and tried it. It comes off, doesn't stick to my mouth.

Mouth Tape?

I use a nasal pillow mask with my CPAP machine. I think my mouth opens while sleeping, so sometimes have used a chinstrap. Not very comfortable, and doesn't always work for me. So I'm wondering about mouth tape? I have seen some advertised on Amazon. Have people found that to work well? Any particul...

Re: Avalon Aire Mask

The nasal pillows looked to me to be like the dilator ones I have seen on the Breeze. It's the only ones I have seen even available anywhere that even looked like them. I had never seen them being offered as even working with some other model mask besides the Breeze. Obviously I can't know about ev...

Re: Climate Line Air with Airsense 10

I don't know if an oral thermometer would go low enough but it would be the first thing I would try if I already had one handy. Otherwise some sort of thermometer with a probe of some sort maybe....cooking maybe or something like this as cheap as possible. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009IH0BZ0/ref=p...

Re: Climate Line Air with Airsense 10

I have the same setup and due to a cold I just got over I maxed out the humidity and now keep it there. First night I did this I had horrible condensation in my mask which turned it into a noise maker. I then maxed out the tube temp and it got rid of it. When I first go to bed and turn on the machi...

Re: Climate Line Air with Airsense 10

Palerider, I think if one sticks one's hand in 86 degree water, one would perceive it as at least lukewarm, warmer than room temperature. Certainly not "cool". And as said, it does not feel at all warm. (86 degrees is considerably warmer than most room temperature, so yes, one would think that one c...

Re: Climate Line Air with Airsense 10

Do others here who use that machine and tube really notice a difference in how high you can set humidity without rainout, in comparison to not using a heated tube? Definitely. I use the setting of 6 right now for my humidity...heated hose at 83 degrees right now...house bedroom temp is probably 65 ...

Re: Climate Line Air with Airsense 10

I am still wondering whether there is something wrong with my Airsense, not sending the heat to the ClimateLine Air (although it does perceive it as connected)? I ca?nnot set the humidity higher than 5 on the Airsense, without getting massive rainout. And this is in a heated bedroom, in a humidified...

Re: Climate Line Air with Airsense 10

And as said, it does not feel at all warm. (86 degrees is considerably warmer than most room temperature, so yes, one would think that one could feel the warmth in touching that tube, Things cooler than your body temp feel cool, things warmer than your body temp feel warm. Unless you're a lizard, 8...

Re: Avalon Aire Mask

You see what I see. I don't know what else to tell you. Call them up and ask them. First place I have seen that doesn't say "out of stock" for any of the Breeze stuff. I thought from what you wrote, that you might have seen the word "dilator", which I did not see. (Edit- I asked them on Amazon, the...

Re: Avalon Aire Mask

Well isn't it important to know what others have said? Or do you have a personal stake somehow (sorry, I don't really think so, but....). Personal stake? What? That is a funny response. Yes, it is good to hear other's opinions. That is why I asked about it here. But no, I do not think it good to ma...

Re: Avalon Aire Mask

Never heard of them. But you might give them a shot especially the nasal pillow dilator things shown on this page https://avalonaire.com/cpap/ Hi Pugsy, i don't see dilator pillows on their page. I do prefer the large dilator pillows from my Breeze, still have some, and wondered if I could use them...

Re: Avalon Aire Mask

I would think the one review they printed would be enough to put anyone off the thing! Julie, I would not make a decision on anything based on one negative or positive review. I have seen reviews of a product before that I used, that was totally opposite of my opinion. It can be good to see other's...

REMStarCPAP, are you the same person who wrote the negative review on Amazon?
