Who here uses the FP HC 405????

Do any of you kind folk use the Fisher and Paykell HC405?

I have one and it fits without leaking around my narrow nasal bridge, which no other mask I have found yet does!

However, I am concerned whether the mask adequately vents the air out of my mask. As you know, there is a fiber filter/muffler over the vent holes.

I am on Auto BiPap. My 90% pressures are 6 and 9.5. That's kind of low.

I can hardly hear, or feel any air being exhausted from the mask. I have humidity problems after a few hours, and I generally switch over to my OptiLife nasal mask somewhere in the middle of the night. I'm not at all claustrophobic, so it's not "just in my head".

I don't feel as rested in the morning after a night with the HC405, and I'm wondering if it is an oxygen level thing???

If any of you are users of the HC405, I would sincerely appreciate anything you can tell me about the mask.

Again, it's the only one that fits me so I hate to give up on it.
