Clicking on the title takes you to:

Scroll down to the QuietSleep box. Scroll down that box watching the right side of the box in the black column. Click on "Harvard Wants America to Sleep ...." in that black column. Click on the "continued". Scroll down that new page to the Harvard article. One interesting quote from the article: "“Aristotle argued that sleep is the direct result of warm vapors rising from the stomach during digestion. ..." Ha! For being around so many centuries ago the ole boy, Aristotle, wasn't so far off as you would expect! Think Reflux/GERD and its contribution to sleep disruption.
Anyway, that isn't the point of this post. Scroll down the article to the "Harvard's Healthy Sleep Web Site" link. Its a mass of videos on all aspects of sleep, on normal sleep patterns, disordered sleep patterns, sleep lab, etc. (I REALLY don't appreciate all the *&%^ videos since I'm still stuck on dial-up [and not even high speed dial-up at that] *sigh* BUT there is some good and interesting info here.

I have no doubt, how I sleep affects every waking moment.
I am making progress-NOW I remember that I can't remember
If this isn’t rocket science why are there so many spaceshots?
Be your own healthcare advocate!

Yeah, but, Gumby! You miss some interesting information if you go straight to Harvard's sleep site! That is WHY I didn't give the Harvard URL.
AND, so far the videos AREN'T slow loading!!!! The hypnograms w/explanations are great!!!
(I had to take time out from "my Harvard education" for my DME's driver to check my concentrator, concentrator compliance, etc. He's a great guy and we did a lot of talking and I told him about the DeVilBiss IntelliPAP AutoAdjust and showed him the info and pics on/of it. We talked about cpaptalk and he's very impressed w/the forum and intends to advise his clients w/'puters about it as well as prowl around it himself. I told him we weren't always complimentary about local DME suppliers. Especially Apria. Heck, we discussed insurance and Medicare reimbursements and cuts ..... how great my sleep lab is, how satisfied I am w/the service his company provides, mask exchanges, etc. The entire staff I've met or talked w/at this local DME supplier have all been this helpful and a pleasure to work with!) What a wonderful difference from that first sheister local DME supplier I had to work with!)
And now back to getting my eddykashun at Harvard!!!

Wrong!
That article is wrong about Daylight Savings Time. It does not start today, it starts on Sunday the 9th (next Sunday). When I read that, I thought that I was losing my mind!
