Well supposedly my machine said I had that last night, with my Nasal Aire II Extra Large (which did come out once or twice real fast). Taped mouth and I got 5.2 AHI (lowest ever), .3 AI, 5.2 HI.
Those numbers are my best.
Is 0.00L/s possible?
Is 0.00L/s possible?

"Is 0.00L/s possible?"
The way resmed machines report leak rate, yes, that's possible. I got 0 leak rate quite a few times with resmed machines....when the tape held well.
Other brands report the mask exhaust flow rate plus any other leak that happens, so with Respironics and Puritan Bennett the leak rate will never be zero. With those brands, the leak rate will always reflect, at the very minimum, the normal mask vent rate.
Glad to hear you had such a good night, Kay! You'll like this too... resmed machines seem to always report a higher Hypopnea Index than the other brands I've used. That was the case also in a research study that ozij found which was comparing the Respironics REMstar Auto with a resmed S7 Spirit autopap. So, your HI of 5.2 with a resmed machine is probably the equivalent of a Respironics reporting an HI (if looked at on the software) of around 2 or 3.
Hope you have many more nights of good sleep!

I have a Respironics machine and a couple of times I have had the vent rate a tad bit lower than the intended vent rate--should be 45 and a few times it was between 44 and 45. I assume I somehow covered one or two of those vent holes for a few minutes or something and that caused it to be less than the 45.

Wa Respironics machine it is possible, but you have to die first, as it measures all the air moving through the hose. Jim
With Resmed it's even more possible if the mask is not set correctly, one more thing to get messed up.
