I would go to one, if I could find one. I located one about a year and a half ago, then was notified that no one was available to conduct the meeting. They met every other month, and I can see why one would not want to wait for answers that long. I have never heard from them again. I was new to cpap ...

Don't give up, there is a solution for every problem. I have adjusted fairly easily, still using my first mask, it's been over a year. I use the Respironics Comfort mask, which is not very well liked by a lot of the posters. I was a stomach sleeper also, found it very hard to fall asleep on my back....

Every now and then I get an irritated eye, I don't know if it is conjunctivitis or not. My eye was really sore yesterday, so last night I took a square sterile cloth used for bandages, and put it over my eye and kept it on with bandaids. Seemed to work pretty well, I didn't want air blowing into my ...

Ok, I'm in. I am 5'5", and need to lose 50 lbs ideally. But, I am going to be sensible and say I would be happy losing 40lbs. Or, 30, or 20. For my exercise yesterday I mowed the lawn, with a push mower. I will try to remember to post each Friday. I don't know where these 50 lbs came from either!!!!...

Hi, all I never went into the cpap "thing" thinking I would lose weight. That was because I had not heard or read much about OSA. I have not gained since I am on cpap, and I did lose 15 lbs, but that was because I moved to another residence, and it took me 3 months to do that, so I was naturally more...

Ok, guys, I don't know why you all don't just follow the instructions given. And, I'm surprised at the ones that clean their hoses in the bathroom. But, to each his own. A footnote, I just had to replace my passover humidifier because of mold growing in it. I have had it a little over a year and I h...

A couple of months back the live chat was activated, and a few posters used it, it was scheduled for Mondays 7-9 I think. I believe that the administrators of this site are re-working it, and there was a poll to see what day most wanted the chat to be. Please correct me, anyone, if I am wrong about ...

I am grateful that I am alive and relatively healthy and have had almost no problems with cpap. I am grateful for my family and friends. And my pooch. I am grateful that I am living in this country, the good old USA. I am grateful for the birds and squirrels that eat the seed I put out for them, and...

I am looking into the TAP dental device which works the same way as yours,Swordz. If I get it, it will be $1,500.00. I still have a lot of questions, I have only had one visit with the dentist that provides it. My question is, I slept on my stomach, how can the tongue get in the way, if one is sleep...
