I guess I still don't understand the difference between c-flex and autopap.
CPAP has saved my life!!

Auto pap adjusts the pressure based on what you need to keep your airway open.

C-flex is a feature on Remstar cpaps (by Respironics). What it does is lessen the pressure only during exhalation. This is said to make using cpap more comfortable. This is more of a concern if your pressure setting is high.

Another type of cpap (the most expensive) is called a Bipap which has two pressure settings. One for inhalation and a lower one for exhalation. To me this seems to be similar if not the same as c-flex.
