why are you not on bipap?

silicone is a serious allergy for some.

Try the face gaskets and some hydrocortisone during the day

Have you run tests for clots?

Do you possibly have some periodic paralysis, and need potassium, electrolytes?

Is there blood pooling going on and dysautonomic issues?

Have you had titration?
