You guys probably have strong immune systems.

Not recommended, because you've got bacteria growing in there.

1. a septoplasty might help, resection the turbinates, or septum

2. the pressure might be too much, you may have to accept a lower pressure

3. you might have asthma

4. you might be backsleeping

5. medication might help such as effexxor or seroquel

In my opinion, yes.

Mouth breathing is not ideal for cpap.

Your body wants to breathe through the nose when you are sleeping.

Alternating back and forth is bad too.

The nasal, to me, delivers a more powerful consistent open airway.

To be blunt, I NEVER believe anyone should be on CPAP.

The airway can collapse at precisely the end of inhale, which is when most apnea occurs anyway from what i read.
