I just switched my setting from straight cpap to autoset also a settling time of 10 minutes and a minimum pressure of 8cm and a max. of 20cm. My doctor prescribed a 14cm of pressure. Do you think these changes might help?

My prescribed pressure was 14 and I set the pressure starting at 6 and max. at 13.6 on EPR. The mask selection is activa nasal mask with the mask fit on. The settling time is 20 min. and max of 45 min.

I did tape my mouth last night because I think I do mouth breath but had to take it off because I thought I was going to explode, my mouth blew out like a ballon and the air had nowhere to go. How do people here use tape everynight with no problems.
