Traveling probems update

Finally saw my sleep doctor as Monday, and because I had a fever and because I'd had to cancel the trip to Monte Carlo, he's taking my sleep problems seriously.

He ordered the H2O heated humidifer, and it is great. Even off, it produces moister air than any humidifier I've used before, and on even better. It also uses very little water. I've used the HC150 Heated Humidifier for quite some time, and I am way happier with this one. By the way, I've yet to experience any rainout with the H2O.

He had me do two oximeter studies this weekend

I'm still not sleeping well though and the time change hasn't helped and wearing the oximeter isn't helping either.

I'm hoping that gives us an answer.
