Most machines don't. The software handles it.

Yeah, but Encore Pro told me I had 9:47 hours last night - not true Try 8:47.

How do you change the clock time for a REMStar Auto w/
C-Flex? I too show an extra hour of compliance time in
Encore Pro, but I think that means that the machine changed its own clock during the night. In any event, I didn't think that a user could change the machine clock.

Littlefeat,
You can't change it. The REMStar Auto has a non-resettable internal clock that is somehow tied to the clock in your computer through the SmartCard. I believe the machine has to be sent back to Respironics to change the clock.

..just to let you know, Sir Sandford Fleming (a Canadian) invented Daylight Saving Time in 1878.....
