If you want an M series REMstar Auto, I'd go with A-flex. As I understand it, you'll still get C-flex style exhalation relief, as well as A-Flex smoothing out the pressure when you you inhale.

If you want (and can get) the older model REMstar Auto (pre-M series) C-flex is all the older ones come with.

Get the A-Flex, you get BOTH modes in that machine.

I suspect eventually the A-Flex might replace the Auto with Cflex. Is there any reason to mfg and stock both?

For Sale:

M series Remstar Auto w/Cflex w/700hrs use.
