Doesn't work on my Windows laptop.
Holding CTRL and pressing the plus (+) key does. Press it until the text is as large as you want.
Holding control and pressing the minus key will make it smaller.

While it's true that cold air is more dense than hot air (and carries more O2) by the time this 'cool air' reaches your lungs, it's no longer cool and any additional O2 is no longer additional. Which mask are you using? The N20 is a nasal mask, not a full face mask.

I tried putting a crimp in the line, plugging the nasal pillows but neither raised the pressure much WTH? They aren't making much sense to me. In OSCAR, click on the Events tab and tell us how long that apnea is.

up to 145 max when exercising which I think is pretty healthy. How old are you? I have adjusted the top setting to 18 Many of us, even those with low-pressure needs, set the max pressure to 20.
