Older versions of OSCAR
Is there a place where older versions of OSCAR are available for download? I am unable to install 1.5.3 on a Windows 11 Pro laptop. I have tried all the fixes I could find without a solution. I would like to see if an older version will install.

ResMed AirFit™ F30 Full Face CPAP Mask with Headgear
I would like to try a ResMed AirFit™ F30 Full Face CPAP Mask with Headgear. My current provider has not been very cooperative in helping me find another mask. I currently use a AirTouch™ F20 Full Face CPAP Mask with Headgear, but at times have leak issues and find I need to keep it very tight to try...

Re: Mask Pressure
Thank you. I do have some coughing at times. So it is not one of the important things to consider. What would you say are the important graphs to look at?

Someone please help me understand Mask Pressure. I see it as low as 2.4 and sometimes as high as 32.2.

Besides allowing me to see flow limitations, what else does this change do.Miss Emerita wrote: ↑Sun Mar 24, 2024 11:48 amYou can emulate your current settings by switching to VAuto mode and using these settings:
EPAP min 15
IPAP max 19
PS 4.
This will allow you to see your flow limitations.

I have been dealing with a local suppler for my CPAP supplies. They gave me the opportunity to try 2 different masks so far. Are there any online companies that do this. I want to try another mask due to leakage problems with my current one.

Re: Events per hour has increased
Look up the side effects for Methotrexate.....tiredness and drowsiness are on the list. You have this.....Polymyalgia rheumatica??? That also could be affecting sleep quality or maybe causing some discomfort which in turn affects sleep quality. I think that the bulk of your OSA problem is probably ...

PLMD periodic limb movement disorder https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=PLMD How are your iron levels? BTW....I don't know that I would spend much time trying to sleep on my side. From the sleep studies it's not like your OSA is significantly less when on your side. Non supine AHI...

Re: Events per hour has increased
IMO that would depend upon the doctor. I'd say the jury's still out on Yaroslav, and if the General Practice guy gets the Deer/Headlights Look when you ask "So what about them PLMs?" it might just be a waste of a co-pay. Or make things a little worse. I would not waste my time on seeing my GP on th...

Re: Events per hour has increased
Short on time so I just did a quick glance at the sleep studies and I will look more closely tomorrow. Questions.... Have you talked to your doctor about the PLMD results? If not...you need to because those leg movements could be a factor in your crappy sleep quality. How are you feeling during the...
