CPAP ASV - Frustration

Post by DoktorSpengler » Mon Mar 18, 2024 5:49 pm

Hello All,

I have no idea why I can't use CPAP ASV now. I am consistently waking up after less than 2.5 hours, feel very awake. Mask is pushing too much air / it feels wrong. Take the mask off and restart, but the process repeats within 2.5 hours. Sleep is unrefreshing.

Here is OSCAR data from last night:

Thoughts are appreciated.

If you turn off the earlier session (at the bottom of the left panel are checkboxes) then the two sessions on the right expand to take up the whole screen width. Also without the left panel (hide the calendar and pie chart) we don't get to see your settings etc.

I don't see obstructive events, your ASV is trying to break up your breathing patterns right? What is your diagnosis? Cheyne-Stokes? What has changed since you noticed a problem? This is where SleepHQ really shines, you could share a hi-res link with all that info and more. Still haven't talked myself into paying for it though... it does have a free trial.
