I have a PR BiPAP machine that has set idle for quite some time, so the battery lost its charge and so went the time/date.
According to people in the know:
1. Users (and clinicians) cannot set the date or time on PR machines.
2. Mostly the machine has to be shipped to the manufacturer
3. However, some people have hardware and software necessary.
So, I'm hoping some enterprising soul within eyeshot of this post will be that someone or know of that someone who can take care of this.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Assuming you know how to set the pressures.
I'm curious why you feel you the need to set the date & time?

Re: set time/date on Philips Respironics xPAP device
For the DreamStation 1 I had, your BIPAP may differ......
Under the "My Setup" menu...
Time
Time Allows you to adjust the time. The default setting is Greenwich Mean Time, but
you may adjust the time in 30 minute increments to match your local time zone.
Note: This time setting is not displayed as a clock function on the device. It is
only used to align your therapy data for your Provider’s data reports.
Otherwise (from the DreamStation 1 service manual).
Software is needed to set the "Real Time Clock"
I doubt the end user would be able to get the software.
6.3 SERVICE CENTER TOOLS SUITE
The Service Center Tools Suite will provide you the necessary tools to view the device’s error/event log, along
with additional functions necessary to service the device. To download the software you must log onto
my.respironics.com. If you do not have an account, click on the “Sign Up” link to register for an account.
RTC Calibration
This function allows you to set and verify the real time clock
on the device.

Re: set time/date on Philips Respironics xPAP device
acbio.com (they repair cpap machines) might be able to do it.
https://acbio.com/
You might contact them and ask if they do and ask about cost.
Exactly which model???? Was it one of the recalled machines???
How bad is the time off???? OSCAR software allows for some adjustment with the time. Do you know about OSCAR?
I don't know of anyone with necessary equipment or software to do what you want to do. Sorry.

Re: set time/date on Philips Respironics xPAP device
It is a Philips Respironics BiPAP S/T
It was suggested that the reason no new data was being saved was because the battery had lost charge and so date and time were way off. Do not see the date or time in any of the 4 categories: settings, therapy, info and if forget the 4th.

Re: set time/date on Philips Respironics xPAP device
What does your machine look like? There were more than one model of the BiPap S/T.
This one? 1. https://www.cpap.com/productpage/respir ... auto-cflex
or this one 2. https://www.cpap.com/productpage/remsta ... ies-a-flex
or this one 3. https://www.cpap.com/productpage/respir ... -cpap-flex
or this one 4 https://www.cpap.com/productpage/pr-dre ... ier-bundle
Only want to know if it LOOKS LIKE one of them. I know they are different models and not S/T models but pictures of S/T machines are hard to find.
All but number 1 above were part of the recall.
