Airwaav

Post by Bluper » Mon Mar 11, 2024 10:49 am

Hi all,
I found a device that keeps my tongue on the roof of my mouth at night and I want to share my findings. It's an Airwaav Recovery mouthpiece for athletes. I am no athlete, but I discovered this by accident. It is a small mouthpiece you heat and shape to your lower teeth. After the 24 hour resting period after heating and fitting, it shrinks to the point that it snaps on your lower teeth. I can bearley feel it. My tongue just naturally rest on top of this device. I still use a stretchy headband to remind me to keep my mouth shut, but this set up is really comfortable and works for me. I just thought I'd throw this out there for anyone suffering from an uncontrollable tongue at night. It's not cheap, $49, but if your desperate like I was, it's worth a try. I have no idea how to add pictures or send links. Sorry.

That's great. Looks like a more refined and improved version of Dr. Sue's Mouthpiece.

Thanks
