Could anyone elaborate on the high altitude issue? I recently moved from Louisiana to Colorado, and now it feels like I don't get enough air from my AirCurve 10. Some nights it's from the moment I turn the machine on, some nights it give ok pressure for about 30 seconds to a minute. Do I need to have it recalibrated?
AirCurve 10's, like most modern CPAPs, aren't calibrated. Perhaps, you're thinking about pressure adjusting.

You would be better starting a new topic with a subject more apropro.

This topic is long dead, and really doesn't have much to do with your questions.

I have a AS11. The humidifier problem is it can stop working. Mine did after a year. Errors messages would occur on the display but the machine still operated. It pushed out cold air in place of warm moisturized air when the error occurred. I contacted my hospital sleep clinic so that they could point me in the right direction. This sleep clinic has a DME rep onsite 4 days a weeks to handle walk-ins with any problems and to distribute equipment to new patients. A nurse practitioner responded to me with two options, come in as a walk-in with equipment to meet with a DME rep or call the DME directly. I choose to walk-in, and in less than hour my malfunctioning machine was swapped out and I was fitted and issued a another style mask I had been considering. So for me the humidifier issue was a minor annoyance but I’m very happy with the AS11 otherwise.
